Ingredients

  • 1 Onions chopped
  • 2.5 ml Canola oil
  • 5 ml Garlic
  • 2 Carrots chopped
  • 2 Baby marrows chopped
  • 400g  Bunch fresh  baby spinach
  • 250g Mushrooms
  • 2.5ml Nutmeg
  • 30 ml  Maizina mixed with 100 ml low fat milk
  • 400 ml Low fat milk (boiled)
  • 30g Cheddar cheese

Preparation

  • Step 1

Pan fry the onion, mushrooms and garlic with the canola oil. Add the spinach leaves, nutmeg and the boiled milk. Slowly add the maizina mixture and stir until the mixture thickens.

  • Step2 

Add the .cheddar cheese and flavour with salt and pepper to taste.  Serve with a boiled potato
